🔒 No Financial Data Storage
AarogyamFin is built on a simple principle: your financial data belongs to you, not us.
When you upload documents — bank statement PDFs, Form 26AS, AIS, invoice Excels, or GSTR-2B data — they are processed entirely in real-time and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after analysis. We do not retain, store, archive, or back up any uploaded financial documents.
Transaction data, GST computations, reconciliation results, and Balance Sheet / P&L outputs exist only during your active session and are not persisted to any database.
✓ Your uploaded documents are deleted within seconds of processing — guaranteed by our code, not just policy.
📋 What We Collect
Account Information: When you sign in via Google, we receive your email address and display name through Firebase Authentication. This is used solely for login, session management, and associating your payment status.
Payment Information: Payments are processed through Razorpay. We store your payment status and session hash in Supabase to enforce per-session access. We do not store credit card numbers, UPI IDs, or any payment credentials — Razorpay handles all sensitive payment data directly.
What we do NOT collect: We do not store your bank statement data, transaction details, GST computations, 26AS/AIS contents, or any financial analysis results. These exist only in your browser session.
🛡️ No Third-Party AI APIs
Unlike many fintech tools, AarogyamFin does not send your financial data to any external AI service — no OpenAI, no Google AI, no third-party LLM APIs.
All document parsing, transaction categorization, GST computation, ITC reconciliation, and financial consolidation happens entirely on our own servers using our custom-built engines.

🚫 What We Never Do
We will never:
— Sell, share, or transfer your financial data to any third party
— Send your documents to external AI services for processing
— Use your financial data to train any AI models
— Send you marketing emails or spam
— Store your transaction history, GST data, or analysis results
— Share information with advertisers or data brokers
🔧 Third-Party Services
AarogyamFin uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
Firebase Authentication (Google): For user login via Google Sign-In. Google receives your authentication data per their privacy policy.
Supabase: For storing user account status and payment session data. No financial document content is stored in Supabase.
Razorpay: For processing payments. Razorpay handles all payment credentials per RBI guidelines and their privacy policy.
Railway: For server hosting. Our application runs on Railway's secure cloud infrastructure.
Cloudflare: For DNS and CDN services.
🔐 Security
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Our servers are hosted on Railway's secure cloud infrastructure with Cloudflare CDN.
File uploads are limited to PDF and Excel formats. Rate limiting is enforced to prevent abuse.
👤 Age Restriction
AarogyamFin is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this tool, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
If you are under 18, please do not use this service.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
